At OCC Group, Inc., Mr. Cotter has served as Vice President and Principal in charge of Engineering for 43 years. In this capacity, he has been responsible for engineering policy and project format, in addition to job supervision and design. Projects completed have included the engineering design of all types of civil works, as well as foundation and installation engineering in the Metals Industry. His experience as Project Supervisor to private contractors provides invaluable insight into all aspects of construction management for Mill Equipment installation.
